Summary: This case study follows one library's effort to assert themselves as leaders in textbook affordability by taking grant and incentive programs the next logical step. They report on how they developed an intensive six-week librarian-led institute that supports instructors in converting to OER or other affordable course materials. This case study includes practical help by outlining what each of the six weeks entailed, and highlights the marketing savvy of the librarians in a few images you have to see to believe.
