Program management in course materials support and affordability initiatives could include running a course reserves program, implementing a reading list management system in conjunction with an LMS, or managing a professional development micro grant program for OER creation/adoption. Program management is a complex responsibility which could include development of workflows, budgeting, cost savings reports, training, and assessment, to name a few.
